Applying for visa

Who need this service:
– Visas are documents allowed foreigners, the Vietnam residing abroad through the gate of entry of Vietnam, by the competent authorities of Vietnam visa in the country and overseas .
The Vietnam visa at Overseas Vietnamese Embassy (Consulate).
Step 1: Fill out the application form and a scanned copy of your passport (information page only) needs to be emailed to VIS
Step 2: Pay for the visa approval letter service. (call me)
Step 3: Receive a pre-approval letter for your visa at Overseas Vietnamese Embassy
Within 4 hours OR 1, 2 working day (urgent service) or 3 working days (regular service) you will receive a pre-approval letter for your Overseas Vietnamese Embassy visa. You should print the letter and keep it in a safe place. You will need to present the letter to the officer when you arrive Overseas Vietnamese Embassy (the one you chose)– see Step 4.
Step 4: Prepare passport-size photos and payment to hand to immigration authorities
Before you arrive at the Overseas Vietnamese Embassy (the one you chose), ensure you have the following readily available to present to immigration authorities:
– printed version of the pre-approval letter
– passport-size photos x 2; and Original passport
– The exact amount of money you’ll need to pay to immigration authorities, to cover the government fee for your visa stamp: US $45 for a 1 month and 3 month single entry visa; US $65 for a 1 month multiple entry visa; or US $95 for a 3 month and 6 month multiple entry visa or US $135 for a 12 month multiple entry visa.
Step 5: Your visa to enter Vietnam will be stamped in your passport
When you arrive at the Overseas Vietnamese Embassy (the one you chose), you should proceed to the visa desk with all the requirements outlined in Step 4. Your visa to enter Vietnam will be stamped in your passport by an Embassy officer (It will take you 30 minutes for your visa stamp).
